Your party, your privacy.
Last updated: October 12, 2026. We want this site to be useful without collecting your party details.
What the game maker does
The generator runs in your browser. PDF files are also created on your device; party titles, custom words and generated documents are not uploaded. The export engine and font are downloaded from PartyPrint only when needed. Files remain in memory until you edit your pack, close or reload the page; saving or sharing the actual PDF is your choice. Your party title and custom prompts are used to display and print the pages on your device. They are not sent by the game maker to a PartyPrint server, and you don't need an account. The separate Print games option uses your browser's built-in print dialog.
Share links
If you choose “Share this setup,” the URL contains generic settings: occasion, theme, card count, game selections, bingo size and baby shower bingo style. It does not include the host's name, the party title or the custom bingo prompts. Whoever receives the URL can see the settings included in that link.
Analytics, cookies and advertising
PartyPrint uses Cloudflare Web Analytics on the production website to measure page views, approximate visits, referral sources, browser and device categories, and page performance. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first and cookie-free. We do not send your party title, custom prompts or identity as analytics events. Generator, print and share actions are not separately tracked, and a print-dialog opening does not prove a successful print. See Cloudflare Web Analytics information. We do not use advertising scripts, tracking cookies or third-party fonts. Any future advertising will require an updated policy and applicable consent handling.
Website hosting
The infrastructure provider hosting the website may process necessary technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request timestamps and error logs to serve and protect the site. Its practices are governed by the hosting provider's own privacy terms. If the site is hosted using Cloudflare, see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
External links
Some links may take you to GitHub for feedback or to other external websites. Those websites have their own privacy practices. Clicking an external link is your choice.
Questions and changes
You can raise a general privacy question through our project issue tracker. Please don't post personal details there because GitHub issues may be public. We'll update this page if our practices change.
